Delivery times are estimately set on the reservation day and will remain that way till 3-4 days prior rental day when we will provide a more accurate delivery time , if client desires a more specific timing we will work around it, if no specific time is desired. Normally we would deliver from 8Am thru 11am depending on schedule, sometimes on summer days we might deliver as Early as 6am on summer days or as late as 12pm on the same rental day. Delivery times are based on our scheduling and booking occupancy. On completely booked days we might even ask customers if they would like to have the inflatable setup the night prior to delivery, although this is not a guarantee we might have to do things if we were to get fully booked ..
Lots of people find the relief of not using there house for an event and think smarter in the way of using the park with unlimited parking spaces and unlimited space for invites.

As of right now in 2023, we would have to discuss it before saying YES or NO to this type of jobs. while we would like to serve our clients to the best way possible, sometimes insurance has certain restrictions on coverages for parks since it is open to public and not on a private property. In most cases YES we can do it but please get in touch with us to get a more firm answer to this. 

WHAT AREAS/CITIES DO WE SERVE?

The tri cities area is quite big and is growing as we make this FAQ Page, some customers will be required to pay additional delivering fees to their location. But we currently serve the majority of the areas such as Fairgrounds in kennewick, Finley, East Pasco tierra vida, flea market area, west Pasco area, north Pasco area is a little out of our area but that will be determined with clients, Richland, downtown Richland, West Richland, and benton city.
 

WHAT AREAS DO WE NOT SERVE?

We are trying to stay in our range location due to price escalation. The farther we go the more expansive it is for us and clients. but some exceptions would be big jobs that will really pay off for both us and clients that said here are the places we will most likely not go to..​​

ARE RENTALS 24 HOURS?

Rental time is optional. we have our rentals devided by 4 sections, 4 hrs or less, 12 hours or less, 24 hours which is going to be a little more and we also have option for 2 day special. 24 hour is one of the most universal option if you don't know what time your event will be over on a 24 hour rental option we would drop in the morning and pick up next morning. we do not have minimum hour rentals, the shortest time rental option we can do is for 12 hours anything less then 12 hours we would still have to charge for 12 hours.
 

DO WE PROVIDE EXTENTIONS?

We provide up to 50 feet of extention cable. please notify us if you have bad outlets or we need more extensions to reach the power. Additional extensions will ad 5$ EXTRA TO YOUR TOTAL RENTAL, we might even have to use a generator in the worst case scenario. to much extensions connected at once can result in a fire, or a bad outlet connection will be shorting the electricity.
 

DO WE PROVIDE WATER HOSES ON WATERSLIDES?

All of our waterslides have a spraying device, sprinkler on the sliding area that has a connection to clients garden hose, for the moment we are not providing garden or water hoses only the attachment that goes on the inflatable, slide or unit.
